During most winter months, Paradise has a sledding area open to the public. The National Park opens the Sledding area when there is 60 inches of snow on the ground, and sad to say it is not open yet this year. However, there is still great areas to cross country ski and snowshoe at Paradise. Good news ahead, Snow expected later this week, Paradise needs about 10 more inches to open the Sledding area. Lets all cross our fingers.
